1. Check Booking Status:
Ensure the ride has not yet started. Once a ride is underway, modifications might not be possible.
2. Canceling a Ride:
To cancel a ride:
- Open the ZenRides app and navigate to 'My Rides'.
- Select the ride you wish to cancel.
- Tap on 'Cancel Ride' and confirm your cancellation.
If the cancellation option is unavailable, the ride may be too close to the scheduled start time.
