Understanding how to book, cancel, or modify a ride is crucial for a seamless transportation experience with ZenRides. Follow these steps to manage your rides effectively:

Eligibility for Cancellation/Modification:

  • Timeframe: Rides can be canceled or modified within a specific window after booking. Please check your booking confirmation for exact time limits.
  • Ride Status: Only rides that have not yet commenced are eligible for cancellation or modification.

Steps to Cancel or Modify a Ride:

  1. Access Your Account: Log in to the ZenRides app to view your ride history.
  2. Select Ride: Find the ride you wish to cancel or modify.
  3. Choose Action: Select the option to cancel or modify the ride. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
  4. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email or app notification once your cancellation or modification has been processed.

Important Considerations:

  • Refunds: If you cancel a ride, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Rebook: If modifications are not possible, consider canceling and booking a new ride with the desired changes.
