ZenRides aims to resolve refund requests and ride disputes efficiently. Follow these steps:
1. Refund Eligibility:
Check your ride's eligibility for a refund. Typically, refunds are considered for service failures or incorrect charges.
2. Initiating a Refund Request:
To request a refund:
- Open the ZenRides app and go to 'My Rides'.
- Select the ride in question and tap 'Request Refund'.
- Follow the prompts to explain the issue.
3. Customer Support Review:
Our team will review your request and contact you if more details are needed.
4. Resolution and Refund Processing:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
