Keep track of your ZenRides booking and stay informed about your ride's status with these steps:
Accessing Ride Status:
To check the status of your ride, follow these steps:
- Open ZenRides App: Sign in to your account.
- Select 'My Rides': Navigate to the 'My Rides' section to view your active bookings.
- Check Ride Details: Click on the ride to see the status, including driver's location and estimated arrival time.
Tracking Your Driver:
Once your ride is active, you can track your driver's real-time location and estimated arrival using the map feature within the app.
